The mining town of Pilcher, Oklahoma is one of the most contaminated places in the U.S. Watch this video on how those left in the town are struggling. Who is responsible for relocating and caring for the town’s last residents? And what should happen to the condemned town?

It's Picher, Oklahoma.. Not Pilcher.
